Processing Times
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our UK warehouse. During peak periods (holidays, sales) processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Size Guide
Our women's sandals use standard European sizing (36–42). If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for sandals with a narrow fit or half sizes. For kids' footwear, check the age guide in each product description.
